Answers to ques.
The washers are $1.00 each and the dryers are $1.00 each. You can get quarters at the passenger services desk. The soap is included. It is in a dispenser attached to the washer, you just push a button to dispense it. The hair dryers work well, no need to bring your own unless you want to use it while someone else uses the bathroom, then you may want one to use in the desk area. The bathrooms are very small. I brought my own but have been using the one in the bathroom.

Great photo of the pool.
Many thanks for the information on laundry and hairdryer.
Let's hope the Norovirus can be cleaned up. We were on the Sea Princess last summer and over several warm sunny days the pool was closed because of an outbreak, very disappointing.
Just want to say thinks for the pictures. Brings back memories of when we were on her. Yes the time spent out on the back deck eating was great, except for trying to get orange juice where you had to walk to the side of the deck. When you reach Easter Island you will have traveled 5,425 miles.I know that you will enjoy Tahiti when you get there.
We disembarked from the Tahitian Princess the day that you embarked! Since then, we have been contemplating how and when we may get back onboard for a World Cruise segment.
Thanks very much for your daily blog, which we enjoy, greatly. Our cruise was fabulous and you are traveling to the same ports that we visited.
We had the BEST waiter--Fabio--so I hope that you have an opportunity to meet him. Also, the Captain and crew were exceptional throughout our entire cruise.
Hope that you have the time of your life!

Thanks for sharing your adventure with all of us. I stop in each day to read about what you are experiencing.
Thanks for sharing your excellent adventure with us. My husband and I will be joining you for the last leg- Dover to Stockholm. Hope the Norovirus is all clear by then!
