We arrived at the Sphinx to find that it was closing for a concert. However it had just closed so they were still herding people out. I went upstream through the exit and got to take my photos before the tourist police came and ushered us stragglers to the gate. You can see the sand blowing around in pic. 1. A good pair of wrap-around sun glasses is essential to protect your eyes. Pic. 2 is from the ramp next to the Sphinx.
