We saw camels of all sizes, colors and it all settings. We had to stop the car to let them pass on the road. We saw them sleeping, eating, running, walking, standing etc. Our driver indicated that they belonged to families and roamed free during the day. At night they went home. The families used them for milk. Our taxi driver was astounded when I told him we had no camels in the United States which was why we were so interested in taking their pictures.
