Next up was our Indian cooking class. We drove to an upper class neighborhood. Pic. 1 is the large wonderful courtyard of the condo building where she lives. Pic. 2 shows our instructor at work. She was a professional cook with a published cook book. We enjoyed trying our hand at a few simple things. Pic. 3 shows the works in progress. Pic. 4 is of the finished appetizer. Pic. 5 is of our instructor signing her cookbook for us. We had a wonderful time! Our guide had done a excellent job orienting us, taking us through the market and then telling us interesting things during the class.
