Pic. 1 is of an associated hotel, Jurmeirah Beach Hotel, shaped like a wave which if you stay at you can make use of the facilities at the Burj Al Arab. They have a lovely beach out front. The hotel provides golf carts to shuttle guests back and forth, driven by gentlemen in traditional dress (pic. 2).
