Amazing Cambodia

The next morning it was pouring rain. I was happy to see it as it felt a little cooler out. I was hoping it would stay overcast to help with the heat. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, many fresh pure items to choose from. I feasted and went to meet the guide.

I had mentioned to the guide that I wondered if we could swap our our vehicle as it had terrible shocks and I have a bad back. Thankfully they came through and I was picked up the next day in a newer luxury car with strong air conditioning.

First we stopped at a few of the smaller temples. They were splendid! The architecture was intriguing and the carvings wonderful. We also saw a man-made lake where ceremonies used to take place and in lower water you could see the platform that used to contain a building.
