Korean Folk Village
My tour went to the Korean Folk Village where we saw how people lived in Korea a long time ago. Pic. 1 is of some totem poles. The ones with the cross poles are male figures, the others female. Pic. 2 is of stone statues that were supposed to bring luck (I think for having a baby boy) if touched. Pic. 3 is of a southern home where they dried the vegetables outside for the winter. We saw high class homes, farmers homes and servants quarters. Pic. 4 is of room where women lived. We also saw the male quarters and other types of buildings like kitchens, stables, jails etc.
