Our guide did an excellent job describing the attributes of the shrine. I don't know why they don't always use the head sets. It makes it so much easier to follow what the guide is saying while you look around. The buildings were all up on stilts and are surrounded by water when the tide comes in. It would have been beautiful to see it at that time but the tide was out while we were there.
The island has much more to see. However I was very happy with what we did see as we spent a good amount of time strolling through with a full discussion and explanation from the guide.
