Royal bathing complex & giant Buddhas

When walking by the King and Queen's enormous bathing pool these monks were getting in for a dip (pic. 1). I was standing on the other side of the Queen's bathing pool and used my 5x optical zoom to get this picture which gives you an idea of how large it was.

We saw 2 of these giant Buddha statues (pic. 2). There were magnificent paintings on the ceilings. From here we went to lunch. I think we were supposed to come back to see more here but didn't get back due to running out of time. Even though we were on the go all day, there were many temples and complexes we did not get to.
