Ta Prohm (pic.1 is of the ceremonial entrance - where we entered) was amazing. Pic. 2 shows one of my better pictures of the lions out front of many structures. They are often missing their faces. Likewise for the multi-headed snakes that are often on the tops of banisters but are also often depicted in the carvings. I grew quite fond of the snakes the more and more I saw them. They are ferocious looking but have a certain charm.
Pic. 3 shows a Buddha statue with offerings. There was incense burning at many of these alters which added to the atmosphere.
Pics 4 & 5 show some of the wonderful statues/wall carvings.
